The best property manager we had in 12 years of NZ!! Tara is so easy to deal with, she proactively manages the property going above and beyond the maintenance required by any ageing property. She identifies pain points and resolves anything before it becomes an issue. She listens to our concerns and takes in consideration all the relevant aspects of each side, landlord and tenants alike. She is polite, efficient and we never had to wait for a response. When she is not able to get a response for us in less than a couple of days, she usually message us to let us know, so we never felt we were left out.

Propertyscouts is by far the best property management company I’ve ever leased from. They are on top of everything, down to earth, approachable and know their stuff. If we have any small issues with the house they are sorted quickly and communication is always kept.
