Dante
Dante says that good property management is all about strong communication and creating good relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors. “Once you have the trust of the landlord or tenant they will respect your decisions and allow you to get on with your job which is to ensure all parties are being dealt with fairly. It is important to protect the landlord’s investment and carry out maintenance as and when required but it’s also important to listen to tenant’s concerns and act on these when necessary to prevent problems later on”.

Stacey Maher
Stacey is a dedicated Property Manager with a strong focus on providing excellent service to both property owners and tenants. She is responsible for carrying out property inspections, managing maintenance requests, and coordinating communication between owners, tenants, and trusted suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
As part of her role, Stacey also assists with invoicing, tenant application processing, including reference checks, and handling general enquiries. She takes pride in being organised, approachable, and solution-focused in all aspects of her work.
Stacey particularly enjoys getting out into the field, meeting tenants, and building positive relationships. She is passionate about finding practical solutions that meet the needs of both owners and tenants, helping to create well-maintained properties and positive rental experiences for everyone involved
Grace Li
Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, with over 18 years experience as a Senior Sales Administrator. She has a strong interest in data analysis and database management. Prior to working at Propertyscouts, she spent a year working in property management administration. As a result, she brings not only her numerical skills and attention to detail, but a robust understanding of the property management industry.
Grace has lived in New Zealand for over 4 years with her husband and 3 little senior dogs. She loves the wonderful people and beautiful natural environment in NZ.
