Stacey Maher is a dedicated Property Manager at Propertyscouts Wellington, committed to providing reliable, personalised service to property owners and tenants.
Stacey specialises in coordinating and overseeing property maintenance, ensuring requests are actioned promptly and jobs run smoothly. She works closely with landlords, tenants and trusted contractors to keep everyone informed, coordinate repairs and resolve issues efficiently, helping protect the investment property.
Alongside maintenance management, Stacey oversees property inspections, tenant applications and reference checks. Her organised, approachable and solution-focused style helps ensure properties are well maintained and tenancies run smoothly.

Hayley Bambro
Hayley Bambro is the newest member of the Propertyscouts Wellington team, bringing experience across all aspects of residential property management and a particular passion for lettings.
Hayley specialises in coordinating property viewings, managing the letting process and finding quality tenants who are the right fit for each property. Her organised, hands-on approach helps ensure a smooth rental process for property owners and prospective tenants alike.
Hayley is currently completing her New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4), further developing her knowledge and skills to deliver professional, reliable service to landlords and tenants.
Grace Li
Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, with over 18 years experience as a Senior Sales Administrator. She has a strong interest in data analysis and database management. Prior to working at Propertyscouts, she spent a year working in property management administration. As a result, she brings not only her numerical skills and attention to detail, but a robust understanding of the property management industry.
Grace has lived in New Zealand for over 4 years with her husband and 3 little senior dogs. She loves the wonderful people and beautiful natural environment in NZ.
