Serena Page

Business Owner / Property Manager

With over a decade of experience in property management, I bring a calm, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to every tenancy. I believe great property management is about people as much as property - building strong relationships, communicating clearly, and delivering consistently.

My parents always had a keen interest in property, and I grew up tagging along to countless open homes. That early exposure sparked a lifelong passion, and I was absolutely rapt when I made the move from Client Services into my dream job of property management.

The best part of this job is the people - building real relationships and getting to see the journeys of owners, tenants, and trades over time.

I’m proud to offer full-service management with heart. I’ve lived in Christchurch for over 20 years and now call New Brighton home, where I live with my partner and our three daughters. We love exploring the Port Hills, spending time at our local beaches, and finding great coffee near Hagley Park.

My goal is to remain a boutique business, focused on quality over quantity. I’m passionate about building strong relationships, educating and empowering both owners and tenants, and working with like-minded clients who value care, communication, and long-term thinking over just the cheapest fee.

Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to and unflappable, even when challenges come up - I take that as a huge compliment. Whether you're just starting out as a landlord or managing a growing investment portfolio, I’m here to make things easier - and to treat your property as if it were my own.
