With a background in residential construction, project management, and client services, I've spent years helping people turn their properties into places they’re proud to call home. Property management felt like a natural next step combining my passion for homes with my love of working closely with people.

Through my building company, I had the privilege of project managing the Wairarapa Critical Repair Programme, and working closely with Whaiora. This experience gave me an in-depth understanding of Healthy Homes standards and what’s truly needed to ensure safe, quality living environments.

I chose to join Propertyscouts because their values match my own genuine care, reliable service, and focus on doing right by both landlords and tenants. No cookie-cutter approach, just local, tailored support backed by years of  experience.

Rosie brings a wealth of experience to her role as Central Admin Support at Propertyscouts. With a background in banking, audit, and accounting, she specialises in numbers and has even audited property management companies.

Previously the Head Trainer at Palace, Rosie spent over nine years in support and training, streamlining processes and helping clients navigate the system.

With 12+ years of experience in Property Management, Pauline is a seasoned Business Development Manager, Team Leader, and Compliance/Audit Manager, skilled in both Residential and Commercial Leasing.

A licensed Customs Agent, she brings a unique perspective to the field.
