Propertyscouts Invercargill Named as one of the Top 3 finalists for Healthy Home Compliance!
Our very own local award-winning property management team, Propertyscouts Invercargill, are in the finals for the top 3 of excellence in HH compliance! 🎉
The winners in this category will be announced during the TPS Awards Gala Evening on Monday, August 25th, as part of the TMC25 conference celebrations.
For those who don’t know TPS, better known as Tenancy Practice Service: they are a leading compliance platform and service provider that helps 70% of property managers, around 4000 industry professionals, with day-to-day data and RTA compliance management. Their team of experts provide essential guidance and HH compliance tracking to the NZ PM industry nationwide.
The team at TPS wanted to recognise property management offices that have shown outstanding performance, proactive planning, and a strong commitment to delivering healthier homes under the Residential Tenancies Act. Those are the new standards, introduced in 2019, aiming to improve the quality of rental housing for over half a million New Zealand households and include critical requirements around heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress, drainage, and draught stopping.
